Loans by phone
The purpose of this loan service is to make it more
convenient for customers to apply for a loan. Rather than taking time off from work
to travel to the bank to fill out a loan application, the customer can apply by
telephone. Bank loan personnel prepare all of the necessary paperwork including
credit checks. The customer is told what to bring to the loan closing such as some
form of employment verification. The customer then only makes one trip to the
bank to sign the loan documents and receive the loan proceeds.
